Outdoor Patio Emporium Warranty & Sales Policy

At Outdoor Patio Emporium, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty applies only to manufacturer defects and is designed to ensure fairness for both our customers and our company.

• Inspection at Delivery: All clients are required to inspect merchandise upon delivery. Signing off on delivery confirms that the items were received in good condition and free of defects.

• Frame Warranty: The structural integrity of aluminum frames is covered for 3 years. Since we specialize in aluminum furniture, rust is not a factor in our warranty coverage.

• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or damage caused by weather exposure, improper care, or accidents. Cushions, fabrics, and finishes are not included under the structural warranty.

• Service Process: Items must be brought to our distribution center for inspection and repair. Delivery or pickup is not included under this warranty. On-site repairs are available for a service fee.

• No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. Outdoor Patio Emporium does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once merchandise has been purchased and delivered.

• Chargeback Policy: By purchasing from Outdoor Patio Emporium, you agree that all sales are final, and you waive any right to dispute or reverse charges through your credit card company, PayPal, or bank (commonly known as a chargeback). Any attempted chargebacks will be contested with full documentation of your signed invoice, delivery acceptance, and this posted policy. Customers will remain responsible for all collection costs, legal fees, and associated expenses resulting from invalid chargeback attempts.
